FLEXI LEASH When choosing a leash, you should base it on the weight of your dog - it must not exceed the maximum weight indicated on the package. Short-term fixation - to fix the leash/cord, press the larger button with your thumb (this stops the leash from being pulled out and in). Permanent fixation - press the larger button down and then push the latch with your thumb to lock the mechanism. Releasing the leash/cord - move the latch back with your thumb. Maintenance - If the leash gets wet, pull the leash out completely and leave it to dry. Do not leave a wet leash inside the sheath! NB! If the dog suddenly starts to lunge, press the latch button immediately. Letting the cord/strap run out all the way with a hard jerk will damage the internal mechanism and the strap may break. DO NOT hold the flexi leash by the cord/strap or wrap it around your hand or other part of your body, as this may cause bodily injury. If your dog has a very quick temper or has not been taught to walk calmly alongside you and your dog constantly pulls, you should avoid using the Flexi leash! The Flexi leash is not suitable as a puppy's first leash, because with this leash the puppy will not learn to follow and recognize the owner and may get used to pulling. Flexi New Classic L (olive green, 5 m tape leash) – Maximum strength and control for a large dog Are you looking for a leash for your large and powerful four-legged friend that would offer him freedom of movement, but would also withstand a stronger pull without any worries? The olive green Flexi New Classic L tape leash is specially designed for large dog breeds weighing up to 50 kg. Its 5-meter extra strong and wide tape runs smoothly and is designed to withstand the strength of a large dog, ensuring you have firm control and a sense of security on walks. The ergonomic body sits firmly and comfortably in your hand, providing good grip in all situations. The elegant and practical olive green shade blends nicely with nature and is the ideal companion for both daily city walks and longer hikes. Why choose Flexi New Classic L tape leash? Extremely durable construction: Wider and reinforced tape specially adapted to the strength and weight of large breeds (up to 50 kg). Excellent visibility and safety: Unlike a thin cord, a wide tape is much more visible to other road users, cyclists and drivers. Reliable and fast brake system: The short-stroke brake button system allows you to stop a powerful dog safely and smoothly in a fraction of a second. Expandable with accessories: The housing can be conveniently equipped with a Flexi Multi Box holder (for treats or poop management) and an LED lighting system for dark evenings (sold separately). Useful tip to ensure the longevity of the Flexi: If you have been caught in the rain or the leash has gotten wet, pull the tape completely out of the housing, lock the brake and leave it to dry overnight. Never let a wet tape wind into the casing - this will prevent the internal strong spring mechanism from rusting and ensure the leash works smoothly for years! Use and fixation: Short-term fixation: Press the larger button with your thumb to stop the leash from running. Permanent fixation: Press the large button down and push the latch forward with your thumb. To release, pull the latch back. Important safety information: Selection by weight: Make sure the dog's weight does not exceed 50 kg. For large dogs, observing the correct weight class is critical! In the event of a sudden lunge, press the brake button immediately. If the belt runs out with great force and a loud bang, it may damage the internal mechanism. DO NOT hold the belt directly or wrap it around your hands or body parts - the pull of a large dog can cause serious injuries. The belt is not suitable as a first belt for puppies or for dogs that pull heavily or have unpredictable behavior. If your dog has a very quick temper or has not been trained to walk calmly alongside you and your dog constantly pulls, you should avoid using the Flexi leash! The Flexi leash is not suitable as a puppy's first leash, because with this leash the puppy will not learn to follow and feel the owner and may get used to pulling.
